Aledade strengthens leadership team with seasoned HR executive

Christianson, a seasoned professional with over two decades of leadership and human resources expertise, will lead Aledade’s workforce growth with a focus on scaling, development and advancing the workplace culture that has earned Aledade recognition as a top employer.

Christianson has led the people functions at several top tier technology companies. Those include her most recent roles as chief people officer at Quantum Metric and as the head of people at Block, Inc. (FKA Square). She also has held pivotal roles at FitBit and Apple.
Her accomplishments include expanding the people practices of companies across North America, Europe and Asia. It also includes shepherding organizations through merger and acquisitions with a focus on the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
