The KS market launched in 2016 with an MSSP ACO. We’ve since grown to over 30 practices with 60 locations across the state including 7 community health centers and we’re proud to partner with BCBSKS, Aetna, Humana, and Centene in value-based contracts.
We are honored to serve not only our partners and their patients, but also the communities they impact. Our goal is to improve patient care across the state of Kansas.
