Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a key part of this commitment — communities of Aledaders, led by Aledaders, that cultivate connection and professional development.
ERGs are drivers of education, community building, networking and branding and serve as more than just spaces for support. They are drivers of change, leveraging unique cultural lenses to amplify the needs of historically marginalized groups and to inform company initiatives and strategies. Guided by our core values of service, evidence, curiosity, accountability and inclusion and belonging, our ERGs help shape an inclusive culture while also creating and driving initiatives through tangible actions, called impACT projects.
