Join us on Thursday, May 20th at 1:00 PM for a free webinar featuring top experts as they discuss how Community Health Centers have found some essential best practices to control blood pressure in their own care settings. And stay tuned to Aledade.com for more ways to fight untreated hypertension in your patient population.
